Gifford, of Tipton, came today for a six weeks’ stay in our city. Mrs. Garfield Burgett and children went to Francesville to visit relatives andifriends a few days. Corn and oats, chop bran, middlings and all kinds of poultry feed for sale by Hamilton & Kellner. Mrs. Arthur H. Hopkins and two boys went to Monticello to visit Mrs. Hopkins’ father, Grandfather Fills. It has been considered smart to sneer at weather prophets, ever since the days of Noah.
