Sigler Bound Over to The Circuit Court.
Claude Sigler, arrested on the chargeāof burglarizing the residence of Fred Phillips, was given a preliminary hearing before Squire Irwin last evening. He entered a plea of not guilty and was bound over to the September term of the circuit court in the sum of S3OO. Bigler seemed indifferent to his fate and had no attorney to repre-
sent him. He says he does not care what they do with him so long as the matter does not get into the newspapers. The main evidence against him is the fact that a lot of pennies and ether change was found on his person, for which he can give no satisfactory account. Unless he can give bail he will have to lay in jail during the hot months.
