WANTS BANDSTAND IN COURT HOUSE SQUARE
Head of Civic Organisation Would Have Good Cement Structure Erected Right Away. Dr. E. N. Loy, as president of the vivk federation,” believes that the erection of a cement band stand in the northwest corner of the court house square would be an improvement that would go a long way toward beautifying the town and intends to suggest that the city and county together appropriate the money for its erection. A stand patterned after the one at St. Joseph’s college would be a very good improvement and would obviate the, necessity of pulling the band wagon into the street every week.
