Woman Jumped From Buggy And Lost Her Life.

Valparaiso Vidette. Mrs. Frank M. Simpkins, 33, wife of a prominent farmer at LaCrosse, was instantly killed Monday night during a runaway, when she jumped trom the buggy and struck her head on the stone road, fracturing the skull at the base of the brain.
