Every married woman knows that all men are alike, but married men believe all women are different. A woman, always will have the last word, even if she has to engrave is on her husband’s tombstone. It is getting so you can’t tell an actor by the fur collar any more. Even the book agents are wearing them. New currency reform bills were introduced in the house yesterday by Representatives Prouty, of Iowa; Nelson, of Wisconsin, and Palmer, of Pennsylvania. When a man growls at his wife and slams the door when he leaves the house, it doesn’t prevent him from being perfectly sweet to the first girl he happens to meet. Mrs. Gertrude Howe Britton has just informed Chicago that the wide-open dance halls are the cause of the downfall of many girls. It is peculiar how lawmakers will rack their brains about the minimum wage for girls when they could so easily destroy the wine-rooms and dance halls of the cities and save more girls at a single stroke than they could by weeks of talk and resultant adoption of a law that would doubtless create a hardship on many employers and contribute to a still higher “cost of living.”

Main St., Rensselaer, Ind., says: “I have used Doan’s Kidney Pills at different times when suffering from a lame and aching back and other symptoms of disordered kidneys. I was led to procure this remedy at Fendig’s Drug Store, by reading about its good work in similar cases. Relief soon followed its use and the backache and other kidney ailments were removed. I do not know of a case where Doan’s Kidney Pills have failed to prove of benefit.” For sale by all dealers. Price 50 cents. FoSter-Milburn Co., Buffalo, New York, sole agents for the United States. Better Order Oemetery Work Done Without Delay.
Ts you want work done at the cemetery now is the time to arrange for it. The work is more easily done in the spring, the grass gets a better start and it is impossible to give the best attention to details when the orders are rushed in just before Memorial Day. Many wanted flower beds last year after the plants were exhausted. Please let us know in time this year and to be sure to be in time da it right away. Weston Cemetery Association, J. H.
