New York’s social season was closed by an Egyptian fete given by Louis C. Tiffany, which was declared to be the most gorgeous affair ever seen in the metropolis. Every guest was in costume. The photograph shows the pantomime of the return of Marc Antony and his welcome by Cleopatra.
