Walter Lee Found His Ring In New Glove at His Store

About six weeks ago Walter R. Lee, the merchant, lost his diamond ring and a thorough search and a Republican classified advertisement failed to locate it for him. This Friday morning while waiting on a customer for men’s gloves at his' store the customer remarked that there was something in one of the fingers of the glove that felt very much like a ring and investigation proved that it was the proprietor’s missing diamond ring. He had slipped .his hand into the glove when waiting on a customer six weeks ago and as he withdrew his hand the ring had remained in the finger of the glove. He was rejoice 1 at getting it back, for he* had given up any hope of finding ft.
