WIFE MUST CUT TOE NAILS

Husband Complains, and Court Orders Woman to Rectify Abuse. Camden, N. J. Vice-Chancellor Learning directed Mrs. Horace Fish ta have her toe nails cut and go back and live with her husband. Fish, in resisting an order to pay alimony, testified that he had been compelled to leave his wife because she persisted in allowing her toe nails to grow long and in using the weapons on him The allegation not being refuted the court ordered the abuse abated and released Fish from paying alimony If Mrs. Fish refused to live with him and wear short toe nails.
