Ezra Clark Nearing End Of Long and Useful'Life.

The condition of Ezra L. Clark has grown more critical since he suffered the first stroke of paralysis Tuesday evening and the paralysis is now extending to the brain, and the present indications are that it will be a matter of only a few hours until life becomes extinct. All of the family except two sons, Bayard, of Pueblo, Colo., and Ernest, of Helper, Utah, are here, and they left their homes Friday night. Bayard is expected to reach here Sunday and Ernest Monday night. They will probably not arrive in time to see their father alive.
