In 1903 to life Imprisonment in Leavenworth (Kan.) prison for rob bery on the great lakes, has appealed for a pardon on the ground that a complete change In the tissues of the body which scientists say occurs every seven years, has cured him of a crime manta which caused him to commit the offense of which he was found guilty.
