Want Two Engineers on Trains.

One of the important measures to be introduced in the next Connecticut legislature is a measure to provide that there shall be two engineers for every fast express train in this state. The bill has the backing of the labor unions and has for its chief argument that it would be conducive to public safety and would save the railroad company much money in life and property damages.
