Apple Hot Cakes.

Butter gem pans And half fill them with rich biscuit dough. Pare, core and slice tart, juicy apples and fill gem pans, placing apples on top of the dough. Cover each one with a heaping tablespoonful «f soft maple sugar and place bits of butter on top. Bake in a quick oven and serve with cream.
