Fowler Republican-Leader. Judge James T. Saunderson has set Monday, January 20, as the date to hear the arguments In the Jennie caldwell will ease. The attorneys for the plaintiffs will ask that judgment be made on the general verdict, setting aside the will. , On the other hand the defendants will ask the court to render a verdict In their favor, on the answers to the interrogatories. The arguments in the case will probably require two days.
