Potato Rusk.

Mix one cupful of mashed white potatoes, one cupful of granulated sugar, one yeast cake, softened in lukewarm water, or one cupful of liquid yeast; two eggs, well beaten; one cupful of milk and one-half cupful of flour. Let stand In a warm place until light. Then mix in one-half cupful of soft butter, flour enough to make a soft dough, and one-half cupful of raisins or currants. Let rise; then form into long rolls about three inches in length and one inch thick. Set in a greased pan to rise and bake about 30 minutes in a. moderate oven.
