Young lady broke LEG WHILE SKATING
Miss Opal Remley Fell on Ice at Wheatfield and Fractured Left Tibia Above Ankle. Miss Opal Remley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Rernley, fell on the ice while skating at Wheatfield Thursday afternoon and broke her .left leg, the tibia bone being fractured about five inches above the ankle. In company with friends the young people were enjoying a merry time on the ice. Miss Remley tripped and fell and another young lady fell over her causing the accident. Dr. Fyfe was called and bound up the injured limb and after word was sent to her parents here John M. Knapp went to Wheatfield for her and bfought her home. They arrived here at about midnight and Dr. Hemphill reduced the fracture. She will be confined at her home for several weeks.
