W. L. Hill Will Hold Closing Out Sate January
W. L. Hill win close out all of his farming stock and equipment at the old McCoy farm in Jordan township on Wednesday, Jan. Bth, at public auction. Col Fred Phillips will be the auctioneer. Mr. Hill owned a large acreage of the former McCoy farm but has sold it all and will make a clean sweep of everything on the farm. Included in his list are 9 head of mares, 6 head of mules, several head of Polled Angus cows, 30 head of young hogs and a good list of farm implements. The Republican is printing bills and also sending the sale advertisement to several nearby towns. It will be well advertised and doubtless one of the best attended sales held this winter.
