CLOSE BUSINESS OF THE YEAR 1912
Commissioners Met Thursday and Closed Up the Business for > the Year 1912. The county commissioners met Thursday for the purpose of closing up the business of the year and to let the contract for supplies for the various offices. The contract for stationery and supplies in Classes 1, 2 and 3 was let to the Burt-Haywood Co., of Lafayette. Class 4 was awarded to Healey & Clark, of Rensselaer. Devere Yeoman filed a new bond as surveyor-elect in the sum of SI,OOO, Signed by Andrew K. Yeoman, Stephen Kohley and E. J. Randle. Through an oversight the amount was not filed in the previous bond, so that a new one was necessary. W. L Hoover filed a bond for $5,««0 as sheriff-elect. It was signed by Wm. M. Hoover and Frank Hoover. Frank Owen Wood was admitted to the Home for Feeble Minded.
