Grand Chancellor Gaither to Attend Meeting of Local Knights Tuesday Evening. J' ] •Grand Chancellor John W. Gaither, of New Albany, head of the Knights of Pythias of Indiana, will be here Tuesday night to attend the meeting of the local Pythian order, at which time the rank of •Knight will be conferred on one or two candidates by , the Remington lodge, which is coming over for the purpose. It has been the intention of Grand Keeper of Records and Seal Harry Wade to be here. He has written Mr. Davenport that he is suffering from a severe cold but will be here if4>ossible. Owing to the fact that the grand lodge officers must leave on the 11 o’clock train Tuesday evening, the lodge will eonvene at 7 o’clock, and all members are urged to be on hand %t that time. A banquet will be served. James Hamilton Lewis, of likely be toastmaster. Gov. MgTsnall and Governor-elect Ralston kre also on the program. It is planned to sell 1,200 tickets for the affair at $2 each.
