They are made in a straight piece, long enough to enclose the skirt* like a bag, with an elastic at each end to fasten around the waist. Children with a family , history of consumption should sleep in the open air and live in it as much as possible. Their food should contain a larger proportion of fat than is common—cream, butter, milk, fresh eggs, -etc. Families who live ,in large ettlea find it difficult to keep their children contented in their own yard; they seem to want to go into the other boy's or girl’s yard to play.
