Young Frenchman Invents System of Wireless That Will Revolutionize Present Methods, Paris. —Julian Bethenod, a young Trench scientist employed by the government at the Eiffel tower post has invented a new system of wireless telegraphy which, it is predicted, will revolutionise existing methods.
