New York W. C. T. U. Urges Libation From Niagara for Battleship New York. Ogdensburg, N. Y.—The New York state convention of the Woman’s Christian Temperance onion forwarded a resolution to the secretary of the navy, asking that the new battleship New' York be christened with water taken from Niagara falls.
