HAS THE MOST AT STAKE.

It Is the poor man who has most at stake in this campaign, says the Marion Chronicle. If condition* remain as they are it Is only a question of time until there wiH be an additional rise in wages and this tendency will continue. If we are to stop now to make a radical change in the basis on which industrial business is found«d,, a decrease in wages is inevitable. What the poor man needs is to have this condition continue.
