PUBLIC SALE OF FARMS AND CITY PROPERTY.

As I have invested quite extensively in the Jungles ditch valley of Kniman, 1 will sell all the real estate in the city of Rensselaer an Marion and Milroy townships, at public auction, on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 1912. Sale will take place at the properties sold and the hours hereafter stated: 73 acres in Marion township, Jasper county, Indiana, 1 mile east and 1% miles south of Rensselaer. The improvements consist of a new 7-room house, a cement milk house, wood house with cement floor, barn 40x50, henhouse, a 59-foot well, 9 feet in the stone, new windmill, cistern piped in house, cement tanks, cement walks. All the building improvents new in 1911. All thoroughly tiled and all under cultivation, gravel road on two sides of farm. 100 acres of fine land in Marion and Milroy townships, all tiled, all under cultivation but a grove of 4 acres; no buildings on the farm, but a fine building place; miles southeast of Rensselaer and gravel road all the way.
