Dunlap, of Surrey, has rented his farm of 271 acres to Estel Price and will bold a public sale on Thursday, Oct. 31st, selling all his live stock and farm equipment. He will move to El wood, where he owns property. It will be generally regretted that Mr. Dunlap did not decide to make Rensselaer his home but they were influenced to locate at Elwood because their son is in business there. . lEveret Warne, the drayman, has recently lost two of His dray horses by death.
