FRANK BRUSNAHAN WAS SHOT TO DEATH

Presumably He Was Murdered Because of Activity as Prosecutor in Punishing Law Violators. While no details have reached home as to the death of Frank Bruspahan, of Ricardo, N. Mex., it was learned Tuesday that he died as the result of being shot. He was the prosecuting attorney of his county and last year sent several law violators to the penitentiary. He was threatened with death and on one occasion was badly beaten up. This did not discourage him, however, and. he went right ahead with his prosecutions.
