Bloomington Men Quarrel and Frank Hortons Fired Billet Into Frank Todd, Former Fire Chief. Frank Todd, of Bloomington, lien at the point of death .at Bloomington. Ind., where he was shot Thursday night by Frank Hovious. The bullet entered bis abdomen, where it waa found and removed by surgeons. Todd was formerly fire department chief. Hovious is an assistant driver in the fire department Todd married Mrs. Hovious loot Jane, following her divorce from her husband in May. to Todd’s home Thursday evening and in the presence of Mrs. Todd shot her husband.
