Having invested in the “black belt” of Mississippi, I have decided to sell my farm, located 3 miles south and % mile east of Rensselaer, and will dispose of the same at public auction Tuesday, September 24, 1912, at 1:30 o’clock. The farm consists of 160 acres, 100 of which is thoroughly tiled and under cultivation; 60 acres is in pasture and includes 10 acres of white oak post timber. The building Improvements consist of good 8-room 2-story bouse, with basement and cistern, milkhouse, windmill, pasture well, barn and granary 42x60 feet, a new vitrified brick silo, 14x30 feet, double corn crib, machine shed, cement bog feeding floor, a fine orchard and considerable small fruit; 80 acres is under bog tight fence. This farm will be sold without reserve to the highest bidder.
