Fresh Clothes.
Not only must the skin be kept In. good working order by plenty of baths and massage, but the clothing, which absorbs the moisture from pores, must be changed frequently to insure perfect health. ’ The stockings, particularly, which are cased up inside a heavy shoe ale day. and so have no chance of air, should be changed daily. If one only has two pairs they may be washed out at night and the other donned in the morning. There would be fewer foot troubles ft this plan 'Were generally adopted. ’
