Rhubarb Jam.

To six pounds of rhubarb add six pounds of sugar and six large lemons. Cut the rhubarb in small pieces. Slice the lemons very thin. Pot the fruit in a large bowl and cover with the sugar, letting it stand for 24 hoars.. Boil for about three-quarters ,-of an' hour. Do not stir more than ls neoeesary. aa its great beauty is not being all broken up. Pat in glasses and cover with paper.
