PLAN A BASEBALL COLLEGE

Manager Carr of Kansas City and President Navin of Detroit Would Teach Raw Recruits. If the plans of Charley Carr of Kansas City and President Navin of Detroit, go not astray, there will be a baseball college opened in the south next fall for the purpose of training the recruits the majors draft and purchase each year for the big leagues. The idea is Carr's, and President Navin has promised financial backing and his aid in organizing. Every major league club will be invited to join the project Stare of the past and present will be engaged to teach tile fine points of the positions in which they achieved greatness.
