NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF BESOI.VTXON. TO Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that on the 12th day of August, 1912, it adopted Declaratory Resolution No. for the opening of a street twenty feet wide on each side of the half section line running east and west through the center of Section Thirty .(30), Township Twenty-Nine (29) North, Range Six (6) West, between the west side of College Avenue and the east side of Sparling Avenue in said city. The Common Council of said city has fixed the 9th day of September, 1912, as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or presented by persons interested, or affected by, said proposed opening, as above described, and' on said day at 8 o’clock p. m. said council will meet at the council chamber for the purpose of hearing and considering any remonstrances which may have been filed or presented, and for the purpose of taking final action thereon.
