Government Will Soon Issue New 2-Cent Exposition Stamp.

In commemoration of the PanamaPacific exposition in 1915 the government has accepted a pattern for a new 2-cent postage stamp, which will soon be issued. It is about an inch wide and an inch and a quarter Idng and bears an engraving representation of the Gatum locks of the canal. A steamship is emerging from .the northern lock and another is being raised in the southern lock.
