Pittsburg Panel Decides Husband’s 27 Year Absence Frees Wife From k Matrimonial Bonds. Pittsburg, Pa.—Whether a woman who has not seen her husband for 27 years can consider herself a widow has been decided by a jury here. She can. Anna Duclanery was charged with perjury and bigamy. She had obtained a marriage license to wed Joseph Giesilieiski and said she was a widow.
