Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Keister and family went to Chicago Heights today to visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Steel, until Monday. Parks, at Surrey since Friday, was called to his home at Bainbridge today on account of the sickness of his relief, telegraph operator at the Monon depot there. Hurd, in Chicago for the past fivq weeks, is now here for a three weeks’ visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gowland. Coen received a telegram from Tulsa, Okla., yesterday notifying her of the death of her son-in-law, Clarence Sigler, of that -place. His wife was formerly Miss Blanche Makeever, of Rensselaer. So far, no particulars have been learned concerning his death. Mrs. Coen -was not aware that .he was seriously ill. He was about 37 years of age. Harry Green had his dress rehearsal last night and everything went well. Manager Ellis says that Harry’s new show, “The Town Fool,” is great and that if commences where Eli k Jane ended. That's going some. Everything was perfect last night. The scenery looked pretty and was appropriate for the play.
