Earle Reynolds to Build Two Residence Properties.
Earle Reynolds has purchased of Fred Phillips two lots in the rear of the old McCoy residence and in the spring will build thereon. He expects to build two 2-story 12-room bouses, utilizing the barn on the former Tom McCoy property for the purpose. The barn is very large and well built of the best material and will make excellent houses. Each bouse will have basements under them the size of the buildings, Levi Reynolds, of Chalmers, an uncle of Mr. Reynolds, will do the cement work for the basements and George Mustard will bavejthe contract for the balance of the 'work. The buildings will cost in the neighborhood of $3,000 each. Mr Reynolds owns three lots In the rear of the Tom McCoy, property, now owned by him, ana these he will fix up as tennis courts, flower gardens, etc. The work will commence upon his return from Europe in the spring. A petition is now before the council for opening a street through that part of town and the lots will face the new street
