C. J. Dean recently sold to Mike Kuboski, of the Rensselaer Garage, the former Joseph Green farm, consisting of 96 acres and located 3% miles southeast of town. The price paid was SBS per acre. The farm belonged to Mrs, Jane Green and her daughter, Mrs. Joeva Green Hill, of Decatur county, Ind.
