Put in a double boiler one-half tablespoon of mustard, one-third tablespoOn of salt, one tablespoon sugar, one level tablespoon of flour, a little pepper, mix; add one egg, two tablespoons of melted butter, one cap of rich milk or cream, one-quarter cup of vinegar.
