A Very Excellent Paper Is the Kicker's Mouthpiece.
By devoting a good part of its front page to explaining why it did not get to print the telephone cards and to showing what Its editor does not know about decorated automobiles, the current issue of The Jasper County Democrat is a fine paper—for certain purposes. We are glad to recommend It to people who like to read about the troubles of others or who need newspapers for cupboard shelves.
