The Success of 'Rensselaer’S Celebration of 4th Assured; Visitors Will Crowd City to Limit. ”~ 7 ~~^7T T 7w— The trains this Monday are bringing in show people from every direction, most of them belonging with the ness here on the coming Wednesday. A 1 Kleist, formerly musical director at the Majestic Theatre, Chicago, and his wife arrived today and will furnish* the musicfor The Gayety this week. For the performances of Mr. and Mrs. Earle Reynolds, the orchestra will be augmented by several other first class musicians. . The plans for the celebration are very elaborate and are now complete, and it looks as though Rensselaer was going to make a* clean sweep. The coming celebration and gala week here is the talk of the entire county, and hundreds of people in the towns and. country of the surrounding coun= ties have signified their intentions of coming here, and staying until the end of the week. The doings will open up with a “boom” Wednesday evening and will not stop for a second breath until midnight Saturday. More than a half dozen carnival shows and seven distinct vaudeville artists will give free attractions every day; a balloon ascension; a baseball game, between two crack teams, and a thousand and one other things will contribute to your entertainment. The Princess has engaged a fine baritone singer who will appear at its shows throughput the entire week. to the stage as Reynolds and Donegan, will head the Gayety Airdome bill for .part of the week with their- marvelous roller skating and dancing act, the act that has brought world-wide” renoun and the recognition of kings and gueens of Europe. Mr. Reynolds has been gone from here many yearß, during which time he has grown famous, but always held Rensselaer as his home. Those wanting a place to spend the 4th profitably should come to Rensselaer and they will make no mistake.
