STUFFED PICKLED PEPPERS
Delicious Relish That Will Sharpen the Appetite and Will Repay Cook for Her Work. Cut a illt in the eideof large, sweet green peppers, and scoop out all of the seeds carefully. Make a strong brine and put the to soak in it tor 24 hours, changing the brine twice. For a filling chop cabbage, green tomatoes, onions, small-cucumbers, and a few strips of horse radish. Have equal proportions of all the vegetables and mix with them thoroughly an ounce of celery and mustard seed each, and half an ounce of curry powder. Rub the inside of the peppers, after being well drained with a mixed spice, composed of ground cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Then fill with the chopped mixture. Sew up the opening, put the peppers 4n a stone jar, and cover with good strong spiced vinegar. Have the vinegar boiling hot.
