Mayor Turnbull, of Canton, was talking about a statement, made all unconsciously by a Titanic officer, .that had been a terrible black eye for the Titanic administration. “This statement,” he said, “reminds me of a little Canton boy. “f Tommy, why are you so unkind to your nurse?
