To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in said City as aothorised by the resolution adopted by said Common Council on the 24th day of June, 1812, for the construction of a local sewer described as follows: Commencing UOfeet east and 30 feet south of the ndrthwest corner of Block 18, in plat of said city of Rensselaer. Indiana, and running thence northwesterly along the easterly line of Out Lot 54, thence northwesterly across Out Lot 52 to the Make-em-Self Sewer. All work done in the making of said improvement shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the improvement resolution adopted by the Common Council of said City on the z; above named day, and the detailed drawing and plans are now on file in the office of the City Clerk.
