Dandelion Wine.

One gallon of dandelion blossoms, picked when the sun is shining. Put in stone crock, pour over them one gallon of boiling water, let stand to cool in a cool placo three days, then pat Into porcelain kettle, with the rind of three oranges and one lemon rind, cut up fine.
