Here is a tried and true recipe: After lining a plate with paste, rolled rather thick, add rhubarb cut in ono< half-inch pieces to the depth of about an inch. To a quart of rhubarb add a large teaspoon of sugar, a saltspoon t salt, and a little grated nutmeg. ,hake over a little flour. Bake in a quick oven.
