Notice to Bicyclists and Autoists.

Complaint cornel each day about bicyclists riding on the sidewalks. The practice is in violation of the law and must stop. Some autoists fail to light their lamps at night and this neglect is also punishable by fine. It is hoped this notice will be sufficient to correct these faults and thus avoid prosecutions.
