Joe Scheurich stepped on a rusty nail while workjhg at W. C. Rowles’ residence yesterday and quite painfully injured his right foot. Dougal, 76, prominent in republican politics and close personal friend of Benjamin Harrison, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Stephen V.
