Fogarty of the Indiana state prison has informed Governor Marshall’s office that the state will not lose any money because of the reeent - failure of the Ford and Johnson company, which has held the prison labor contract for a number of years. The company was in arrears with its payments to the extent of $20,000 when it went into the bands of a receiver recently. Warden Fogarty said that the sum had been paid to the state. He said that the prison plant, under contract to the Ford & Johnson company, will begin work again after an. idleness of more than a week.
