Mrs. Frank Walters is quite sick with pneumonia. ‘ Miss Lizzie Tow spent Sunday with Wtiss Chloa Martin. Ernest Speaks, of Rensselaer, is working for Ed Oliver. Miss Mary Rees spent Sunday with home folks. y Miss Lottie Stevens went to work for John Hoyes, of near Rensselaer. Lawrence Blacker spent . Sunday with Ernest Rees. Ernest Reel end Harold Callender were Rensselaer goers Tuesday. Mrs. Bert Williams helped G. M ■Beebe clean house last week. Mrs. W. J. Blacker spent Monday evening with Mrs. Bert Williams. Harry Beebe went to Rensselaer Tuesday tef visit with his grandfather, Mr. Speaks. Mrs. G. M. Beebe and Miss Chloa Martin were Medaryville goers Tuesday. Florence and Eifiie Wolf spent Sunday with Chas. Anderson and family. Mr. and Mrs. Lige Ward and children spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Tow. ' , Sol Callender went home Monday. There was too much water for him. He lives in Nappanee, Ind., and he and hfs brothers are putting out onions on Ed Oliver’s land. We had quite a storm in these parts Sunday evening. We have lakes everywhere but there wasn’t very many onions sowed so the damage is not as great as it might have been, although it will delay planting for about two weeks.
