Express Companies Seeking to Enjoin Reduction of Rates.
A bearing in the action brought by the various express companies doing business in this state against the Indiana railroad commission seeking to enjoin the enforcement of an order of the commission early in the year providing for a reduction of express rates on interstate business, was set Tuesday in federal court, but was continued until April 29.
