Opinion by Attorney-General About Township High Schools.
In an option to Charles A. Greathouse, the attorney-general has held that where a township trustee has decided to construct a graded high school, >the’ school building must be constructed within the boundaries of the township over which the trustee presides. In the same opinion it was held that where a city and a township jointly constructed a school building, the township going fn debt for its part of the cost, and the city takes in a part of the township territory, it cannot take over a part of the debt of the township. In an opinion to Carl H. Milam, secretary and organizer of the state library commission, the attorney-gener-al held the department may use a part W its funds in advertising the summer school for librarians conducted under the auspices of the commission.
